Raining raining!! My wells are full and beyond and you can almost hear the grass is growing!
Tino baby has left for his school, good boy went straight into the lorry and he arrived well. Did a photosession and alittle lounging before he left so you can see his development, Video on his sales page here; http://www.horsespreviktoria.com/1/palomino_stallion_born_2013_1046401.html
Tino is a player, always jumping swiftly and making high school movements over ground which is very easy for him as he is super athletic and elastic. He's not a docile horse, he's intense and loves to express himself as a stallion beautifully.

I'm not a good seller when it comes to my horses! I just hate to write FOR SALE beacuse they are all keepers and it's so hard to choose which one/s are going. So I have decided to offer Brillantino, Chula and Fiero for sale and see what happens. If one of them sells I will re-asess and might decide to keep the other two and take them off the sale. This my strategy to leave it up to the horse to attract their new owner and avoiding how to choose which one is going,.. Like this I leave it up to the universe to decide their future and not me!

So here's Chula she's the coolest lady with the biggest personality, makes me laugh because she thinks alot and quickly and figures out fast how to get what she wants. With all that selfconfidence, elegance and eagerness to learn she is just made for activity - dressage or working equitation or both.

I am now relaxing with Start and we are both enjoying our light workouts. I had to take a step back from all regards horses after this experience and look at life in general. I love my work and horses but but there is a life to be lived outside of them aswell, so I have been living it and taking a natural break or at least working less intensely with my business. It has been very good with this breathing space, it's all about balance, listen and be true to yourself. I have also done 2 months of a special diet without any sugar whatsoever, TBM and chiropractic treatments, which has pretty much reconstructed my physiology. With this process my body went into a healing mode which also made me relax so working less felt natural. Lucky I was able to do so. Good changes. Greatful!

Here's a horse I sold to Sweden which again has been yet another inspring experience. Thank you Cecilia, Hans and Pablo for being such lovely and professional people. I have also been testriding and selecting and I have new exciting PREs lined up. Here we are doing a hike to arena during the prepurchase exam. Lovely chilled out horse!

Sold to Sweden

Villy story became longer than expected. The client that had him reserved had an unfortunate accident so Villy is no longer reserved and available for sale again. I hope to find him his home asap, he is in great shape and in harmony so ready to start a life with his new person!

Here he is being testridden.

Still waiting for Picara's baby! All boys are working out normal and we are all good yet crowded so next week I send Tino off to school. He will be broken in and I have decided to offer him for sale together with Fiero and Chula. One young stallion will be enough to keep my love of labour going and Tino is a very pretty stallion with excellent quality for both for both breeding and dressage!

As I just got another colt with the same genetic combination in Hidalgo (Novedosa PM - Donoso VII) and I do not have a companion for Fiero, he will now be offered for sale. He will be tall 165 - 170 cm, he has extravagant movements and a adorable personality. He is not cheap but anyone who would be interested in a golden Donoso is very welcome to contact me!!

I am happy with the recovery of Start, his physique is stronger and he is filling out nicely. But
a few days ago he was on three legs, swollen in right hind fetlock and he moved very slowly and did not look very well. So we gave him TBM. He had a fever and was very swollen in both hindlegs and up over the hocks. The following day I left him grazing him outside stable for a while and when I came out he was lying totally still on his side. I thought he had died so I shouted his name and then he turned his head. Phew, had to sit down on the floor to recover from that one,. Start struggled to get up and we wobbled inside. We have now been giving him low frequency electric treatment and TBM and he responds well. He is still swollen but has no fever and is eating like normal.

Starti working on his freestyle last summer :)

Bernardo treating Start.

Donoso has two new mare bookings, there is limited amount of storage for Europe so please make sure you reserve if you plan to breed with him! Right now we are waiting for the Nova/ Donoso baby to come in the world,.

Happy easter to everyone!!!

Uy friday again! We started with a beautiful early monday morning collecting Donoso for a spanish breeder, D was a star and vets got semen delivered in perfect time to get the mare bred bred the same day, good job!!

Here is Villy this week, little by little, he is much more connected now through the topline and certainly better in contact. He is super centered in his work. Goooood boy :)

We have tried a new very interesting process with Start through a tecnique called TBM, Total Body Modification. This tecnique is basically applied physiology through kinesiological testing, used to strenghten the natural energetic system of the body through body muscle testingwhich indicates the organic deficiency of the body. With this tecnique you regulate the system of the body through the autonomic nervous system, which regulates all the physiologic processes of the body. We applied it to strenghten Start's overall physiology last week for the first time. The practitioner is a doctor and had never done TBM on horses so we used it through me. Very interesting. As Start was weak he was not able to recieve alot of treatment, if the body is not well it can only recieve so much healing and indicates when to stop.
The day after the wound from the surgery stopped leaking pus and he was able to go out grazing all day,.

But on the monday this week he again got sick, stopped eating, had acute colic pains, raised temperature and 100% watery diarrea. I did not get a good feeling at all. Actually I got a emergency acute feeling that he would not make another intestine infection. I decided to give him more TBM immidiately that evening. And wow. After the treatment he changed totally, pains stopped, he started to eat and drink, temp normal and calm! The day after he was still ok, the feces were now substantial and visual even though he did not digest the food well. We gave him more TBM focusing on digestive system. The day that the after feces were back to normal and he is stable again. Yeeeees!!!!!   Thank you, thank you, thank you,..

Total Body Modification (TBM) is a comprehensive system of alternative healing compiled by Victor L. Frank, DC, NMD and first taught in 1978. As a trained chiropractor, naturopath, osteopath, charter diplomate of Applied Kinesiology and a radionics practitioner, Dr. Frank was able to create a synthesis of the healing arts that is unparalleled in scope, effectiveness and efficiency.

Drawing from the alternative medicine roots planted by Franz Anton Mesmer, MD, in 1766, Dr. Frank developed an integrative approach to restoring the body’s self-regulation and, thereby, healing capacity by working through the autonomic nervous system. TBM rapidly restores function-specific and global energetic harmony to the human body resulting in seemingly miraculous, yet predictable, changes in a patients’ state of health.

We have got some serious weather here! Yesterday and all night we had horisontal snowstorm with additional hailstorms, lovely. On the sunday morning something happened and my main well did not work. So I drove water from my house to 11 darlings,. When everyone was inside snuggled up with warm rugs Nova started colic. Not because of lack of water nono but I think her foal turned and caused her pains. She was on the walls, shaking head and had real labour pains. So we ran out into hailstorm and splashed around in all the mud,. It was so dreadful it was actually funny, another absolutely not-romantic valentines-day for the typical horse-girl! She got better and I stayed until she was totally calm. As a magic final to this interesting day the maindoor to the stable blew up, cracked one of the iron joints that makes the door turn and did not close, so I took a big stone and that was that. When I finally went home at 00.30 Nova was ok and I could collapse into bed. The following day I had the plummer fixing well and door-man fixed the door. So all fixi fixed. So that's my un-glam weekend, still love it all because somehow everything always works out. And I can do it all by myself, love that.

Donoso Villy and Quinto is working out normal but has been inside these days except for today sun is shining so all are back outside. Villy is focused even in the storm and with mares around, good boy. He is getting more connected between hand and leg and there are more of those good moments now. I have had my farrier fix his pretty feet and I will do his teeth now aswell. He speaks all the time in the stable, previously he lived in a box with walls all the way up and no contact with other horses but now he has new friends even some girls to look at. There are three clients interested in him, England, Sweden and today Germany called so I don't think he will stay for long. I try not to get too attached to him. Here he is working out canterwork today, saddle slippled and was about 10 cm too far back so I'm crap but the horse was good :) Tomorrow better.

Everyone inside with rugs these days, except Chula and Fiero because there is no room for them I am one box short :( At least they have rugs and the outdoor house that I have filled up with straw. Start is walking in the field a few hours/ day, until he wants to go inside. He got a new rug today with a neck he has no fat so want to keep all centimeters of his body warm. He is grazing alittle and without bandage, just waiting for jawbone to fuse together a little more and then the wires will be removed. He is recovering strenght yet he can't really roll, kind of lies down but can't push himself around. But today I saw him do his first canter downhill ears piiiing! And look how he's smiling today. I am so happy, after the Start-story I appreciate my horses even more every day, sounds like a cliché I know but I look at Start and I think I am so lucky, there he is!
